- Why do I have to register online for an account with you?
When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by PayPal, Nochex, Credit Card, Debit Card, Solo Cards, cheque or postal order.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, after successful payment login to your account with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or download link is available.
If didn't receive your download link within 2 hours of your purchase then please contact us.
- What is your return policy?
As with any software or downloadable product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- Are there any costs other than website fees?
You will need your own domain name and webhosting accounts for the turnkey websites.
- Can I use my own hosting and domain names?
Yes. You can use your own compatiable hosting. Compatiable servers: Linux/Unix servers with CPanel. Not Recommended For Hosting: godaddy.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, secureserver.net, netfirms.net free or paid and securenet.com hosting.
- Do I keep 100% of my website sales profits?
Any profits that you make from your websites are 100% yours.
- I haven't heard from you after placing my order?
We usually contact you by email within 2 hours of your purchase to give you the download link to the website files, if not then use the contact us page and let us know and we will get back to you as soon as a.s.a.p.
- DO I GET SUPPORT?
We do offer intallation of the website for a small fee of £5.
- Can I sell the website I bought from you?
Yes you can sell your developed website, but you are not allowed to copy and resell the website.
